Marek Larwood

Marek is a comedian, actor, and writer, starring in and writing for film and TV shows including TROLLIED (Sky), THE RELUCTANT LANDLORD (Sky), ZAPPED (Dave), DRUNK HISTORY (Comedy Central), MAN DOWN (C4), MURDER IN SUCCESSVILLE (BBC) WE ARE KLANG (BBC 3), IMPRACTICAL JOKERS UK (BBC 3), FAST & LOOSE (BBC 2), SORRY I’VE GOT NO HEAD (BBC 1), IAIN STIRLING’S CELEBABILITY (ITV2) and SLICED (Dave), THE BYSTANDERS (Waggon & Horses Prod.).

He was nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award with WE ARE KLANG, and won the Amused Moose and Laughing Horse competitions for his stand-up. Marek received excellent reviews for his performances on stage in THE CROCODILE at the Manchester International Festival, and for his leading role as The Bear in I WANT MY HAT BACK at the National Theatre which is now available to stream via The National Theatre at Home platform.
